1General Terms & Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the 444l platform ("Platform", "Site", or "we") and its users ("Member", "you"). By accessing, registering on, or using any service on this platform, you are deemed to have fully agreed to these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform. These Terms, together with 444l's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, form the complete agreement.

2Eligibility & Age Requirements

3Account Registration & Management

3.1 Registration Process

To create an account on 444l, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. It is your responsibility to notify our support team immediately if any information provided at registration changes.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each person may create only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same name, address, or payment method, all of them will be closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.

3.3 Password & Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You are responsible for any activity that takes place on your account. 3.4 Identity Verification

444l may at any time request identity documents, proof of address, or payment method documentation as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. If the required documents are not submitted within the specified time, the withdrawal process may be put on hold.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The following approved payment methods may be used to deposit funds on 444l: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major commercial banks including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100.

• Deposited funds must come from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted and will be returned.
• Once a deposit has been processed, it cannot be reversed.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests generally take 5–30 minutes to process. The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• The specified wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Every withdrawal request goes through a security verification process.
• If suspicious activity is suspected, a withdrawal may be temporarily put on hold.

4.3 Transaction Cancellation

444l reserves the right to cancel or reverse any payment in the case of fraudulent or suspicious transactions. The person involved will be notified and given the opportunity for an investigation.

5Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

Members making their first deposit on 444l will receive a 100% welcome bonus of up to ৳8,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 will add ৳1,000 in bonus — bringing the total balance to ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus and is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the deposited amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• Wagering contribution may be partial for certain games.
• The wagering requirement must be completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus, otherwise the bonus will be cancelled.

5.3 Other Promotional Offers

444l periodically offers various promotions, cashback, and VIP benefits. Each offer has its own terms, which are detailed on the offer page. 444l reserves the right to modify or cancel any offer.

6Gameplay Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

444l is committed to operating a fair and transparent platform. All games and sports bets are conducted according to set rules. If a technical error is detected in the outcome of any game, the relevant round will be declared void and appropriate adjustments will be made.

6.2 Betting Rules

When a bet is placed in the sports betting section, the rules designated for that event will apply. If an event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded. In the case of any dispute arising from a change in match result, 444l's decision shall be considered final.

6.3 Technical Issues

444l is not responsible for any loss caused by loss of internet connection or device issues on the member's end. However, bets from any game sessions affected by server-side issues will be considered appropriately.

7Responsible Gaming

10.2 At 444l's Discretion

444l may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.

• False or incomplete information in registration details.
• Extended period of inactivity (more than 12 months).
• As required to comply with applicable laws or regulatory directives.

11Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 444l is not liable for:

• Loss caused by internet connection issues or problems with a member's device.
• Unauthorized access to an account due to the member's own actions (such as sharing a password).
• Indirect or consequential financial loss arising from gaming activity.
• Delayed transactions due to issues with third-party service providers.

In the event of any dispute, the maximum compensation shall be limited to the relevant member's total deposits over the preceding 30 days, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

12Changes to Terms

444l reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified via their registered contact details or through a notice displayed on the platform.

Continued use of the platform after changes are published will be deemed as your acceptance of the updated Terms. We therefore recommend reviewing this page regularly.
